Join our Electrification & Automation team and help shape reliable, resilient, and intelligent power systems. We’re looking for a Tendering / Bid Engineer to own winning bids and proposals, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. This is your chance to make a real difference on projects that matter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of quotations, bids, and tenders
  • Analyse customer requirements to optimise solutions and product integration
  • Prepare technical documentation: single line diagrams, general arrangements, product selections, technical descriptions, and BOMs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals
  • Conduct cost calculations, commercial risk assessments, and project planning
  • Manage technical Q&A’s, RFIs, and subcontractors
  • Support smooth handover to operations and assist sales with presentations and events

About You:

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (essential)
  • Strong Power Engineering knowledge
  • Experience with Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related equipment
  • Proposal engineering, tendering, or bid management experience in electrical/energy sectors
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and a collaborative team player
