You’ll make an impact by
Strategic Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
- Lead complex analytical projects from conception to completion, identifying key business questions and designing appropriate analytical approaches.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of talent acquisition data (e.g., source effectiveness, time-to-hire, candidate experience, diversity metrics, market intelligence) to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, using statistical methods and basic forecasting techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Scientist and Data Engineer to interpret outputs from advanced predictive models, translating complex forecasts into actionable business strategies and recommendations for TA leaders and business partners.
- Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting and analytical outputs.
- Proactively identify reporting needs and opportunities to enhance data accessibility and understanding.
- Act as a primary analytical point, understanding the needs of the business and translating them into analytical requirements.
- Present our findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and training sessions to foster data literacy and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of analytical methodologies and standard processes within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in talent analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization to continuously bring new solutions to the team.
This is how you'll win us over
Experience:
- Long-term working experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics role,
- preferably within HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience leading analytical projects and delivering actionable insights to business partners.
- Demonstrated record of building and maintaining analytical presentations.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), including dashboard design, data modeling within the tool, and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Experience with statistical analysis and interpreting modeling outputs (e.g., regression, correlation).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake) and data pipelines.
- Exposure to SQL, Python or R is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills enable you to articulate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems and provide strategic recommendations.
- Curiosity & Learning Agility: Passion for data, continuous learning, and exploring pioneering analytical techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or Computer Science
