The Opportunity

Join us, a Siemens business, as part of our APAC presales team and help customers adopt GenAI, agentic automation, and AI assisted development as core components of their digital transformation. You’ll blend classic presales excellence including workshops, architecture, demos, and POCs, with forward looking AI leadership, helping enterprise customers modernise portfolios, accelerate delivery, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Strategic Account Executives to drive adoption of the Mendix and RapidMiner platform with enterprise customers and prospects across various industry segments
  • Lead customer conversations on GenAI, agentic automation, and AI-assisted development
  • Position Siemens Data & AI capabilities as the foundation for AI-driven application delivery
  • Lead Solution Architecture workshops, discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and enablement sessions to uncover customer needs and demonstrate platform value
  • Act as a trusted advisor on AI adoption, integration, cloud architecture, and governance
  • Guide customers on deploying Mendix and RapidMiner within complex enterprise environments across APAC
  • Deliver compelling demos that highlight AI orchestration and multi-agent patterns
  • Design and execute POCs validating technical feasibility and business impact
  • Share best practices, reusable demos, and AI adoption patterns with the field
  • Support analyst briefings, partner enablement, and APAC marketing initiatives
Required:
  • 5+ years of Presales Solution Architecture experience within aPaaS/PaaS or cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, APIs, microservices, knowledge graphs, and cloud ecosystems
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, rag, embeddings, prompt engineering, or AI-enabled apps)
  • Ability to lead workshops, technical discovery, and executive-level presentations
  • Strong communication skills across diverse APAC cultures
  • Ability to operate independently across the region
  • Willingness to travel within Asia-Pacific
We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria: 
  • Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, knowledge graphs, or agent frameworks
  • Experience with Mendix, Siemens Xcelerator, or RapidMiner
  • Industry experience in BFSI, manufacturing, energy, or public sector
