Responsibilities:
• Learn the architecture and core concepts of Digital Manufacturing solutions, including the Tecnomatix portfolio.
• Provide first-level technical guidance in response to customer inquiries and basic technical issues related to digital manufacturing applications.
• Understand the role of Digital Manufacturing within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework.
• Identify and analyze use cases that bridge data gaps between product design and manufacturing execution.
• Support data modeling activities to represent real manufacturing environments in virtual space.
• Build simulation models that reflect production line layouts and process logic to visually demonstrate solution value.
• Design virtual scenarios aimed at improving productivity and resolving bottlenecks.
• Analyze simulation results and support the preparation of reports summarizing findings and insights.

Main Tools:
Plant Simulation
• Discrete Event Simulation (DES) for analyzing production systems and logistics processes.
• Used for throughput optimization and material flow analysis.
Process Simulate
• Digital validation of manufacturing processes, including robot path planning, ergonomic analysis, and process sequence verification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Expected to graduate in Feb. 2026, or already graduated, and eligible to work as a full-time intern.
• Major in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT, or other related fields.
• Available to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months.
• Able to start by March or early April 2026.
• Prior experience with similar software tools is a plus.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, with conversational proficiency in English preferred.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.

Additional Information:
• Location: Siemens Digital Industries Software, Busan Office (Busan, South Korea)
• Compensation: KRW 2,300,000 per month during the internship period
• Benefits: Covering four social insurances, and lunch support
