You’ll make a difference by:

• Analyze tender documents to understand client requirements and devise bid strategies aligned with company strengths and market positioning.

• Lead and coordinate the entire bid process, ensuring timely task completion and effective team collaboration.

• Collaborate with various internal teams to gather essential information and create comprehensive, competitive bids.

• Review and enhance proposal content for clarity, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.

• Identify and address potential bid risks, developing mitigation strategies to enhance competitiveness.

• Manage the bid budget, ensuring prudent allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

• Maintain communication with potential clients, addressing queries and adjusting proposals as needed, while also leveraging feedback to enhance future submissions and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic bidding decisions.

You’ll win us over by:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

• Possessing a minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, bid management or presales for power solutions and systems, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, busways, control relay panels, substation control/automation systems, SCADA, and ENMCS.

• Demonstrating expertise in designing and estimating both greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring comprehensive understanding and successful project execution.

• Exhibiting exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and at all organizational levels.

• Uphold strong work ethics and a results-oriented approach, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience in meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.

• Being able to excel as an independent, resourceful, and analytical communicator, adept at effectively conveying complex information and driving successful project outcomes.

• Have strong commercial and contract acumen
