You’ll make a difference by:

·       Manage and oversee end-to-end Hire to Retire (H2R) processes including:

o   Hiring and onboarding

o   Employee data management (Master Data)

o   Compensation and benefits administration

o   Payroll inputs and validation

o   Employee lifecycle changes (transfers, promotions, separations etc)

o   Offboarding and documentation

·       Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

·       Drive process standardization and harmonization across UK regions.

·       Collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors

·       Support audits and internal control requirements.

·       Monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive service excellence.

·       Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

·       Support system enhancements (e.g., Workday, Service Now).

·       Provide training and guidance to team members

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations / H2R / Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with HR systems (preferably on a Workday).
• Exposure to payroll coordination and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
