Process Expert - Hire to Retire

We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers. You’ll make a difference by:
· Manage and oversee end-to-end Hire to Retire (H2R) processes including:
o Hiring and onboarding
o Employee data management (Master Data)
o Compensation and benefits administration
o Payroll inputs and validation
o Employee lifecycle changes (transfers, promotions, separations etc)
o Offboarding and documentation
· Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
· Drive process standardization and harmonization across UK regions.
· Collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
· Support audits and internal control requirements.
· Monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive service excellence.
· Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
· Support system enhancements (e.g., Workday, Service Now).
· Provide training and guidance to team members
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations / H2R / Shared Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with HR systems (preferably on a Workday).
- Exposure to payroll coordination and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in global or matrix organizations preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
