Today, we are recruiting for a Project Management Working Student to join our Rolling Stock team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support the Rolling Stock department in maintaining and improving project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of document management processes and repositories.
  • Build and support process improvements and automated solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, and data handling.
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards, templates, and automated reports to enhance project transparency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital or automation solutions.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in Engineering or a related field at a reputable university.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and safely, while taking ownership of tasks and initiatives.
