About the Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial finance professional to join our SI Buildings Nordic Baltic team, responsible for driving partner performance, product financial analytics, and pricing strategy implementation across the region. This role combines strategic financial planning with commercial acumen to support our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Management Finance
Drive partner performance through targeted improvement initiatives and transformation programs
Lead budget and forecast establishment for partner business across SI Buildings Nordic Baltic
Provide strategic commercial guidance and insights to partner management teams
Monitor and evaluate partner performance metrics against established KPIs
Provide commercial guidance and negotiate Partner Agreements 

Product Finance Analytics
Lead comprehensive portfolio performance analysis and variance reporting
Coordinate and validate monthly pipeline forecasts with Product- and Sales Managers
Develop and implement enhanced controlling and reporting mechanisms
Drive automation and digital transformation of financial reporting processes
Create data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

 Pricing Strategy & Implementation
Design and execute pricing strategies for SI B PRO business in the Nordics as the pricing officer.
Integrate pricing disciplines within sales and marketing strategies
Optimize product pricing in opportunities to maximize market potential while maintaining brand premium
Develop and maintain discount matrices and tier pricing strategies
Lead pricing excellence initiatives across internal and external stakeholders

Who you are
We are on the lookout for a self-driven and detail-oriented professional, eager to embrace and contribute to transformative change. Your curiosity fuels continuous learning, and you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and adaptability are key. Your qualifications include: 
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  •  A couple of years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, or related areas
  • Proven track record in partner finance management and business performance improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Experience with pricing strategy development and implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx), or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a plus
