Responsible for …

Business Partnering
o Collaborate with Regional teams to ensure deliverables are accurate and within the requisite timelines
o Support decision-making through ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and management reports for budget, strategy, and quarterly reviews.
Budgeting & Forecasting
o Manage the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with segment and function leads.
o Ensure forecasts and budgets reflect realistic assumptions and align with strategic objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
o Support for month-end and quarterly closing process with your analytical skills of evaluating the business performance and provide insights to the various stakeholders
o Independently monitor financial performance through analysis of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other KPIs.
o Prepare variance analyses, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.

Governance & Compliance
o Ensure adherence to IFRS and internal financial policies.
o Support audits and internal control reviews, including leading the annual RIC process for SI Buildings

Forex
o Responsible for Forex exposure and hedging to ensure minimal forex risk to the Business unit

Good Fit for the Role would be…
• Master’s degree in finance & accounting such as CA, CMA, MBA Finance preferred.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in financial controlling, performance management, and strategic planning within a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Accounting processes.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office 365, and data visualization tools (Power BI, etc).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation and process improvements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
