Job Title: Senior Executive- Service Execution

Term of employment: Fixed Term

Location- Mumbai/Gurgaon

Join our DI customer services business unit and help us in solving complex challenges of the process industries with your experienced knowledge in Operation and maintenance of process industries.


Role & Responsibility:

This is your role. What part will you play?

  • You should have knowledge in execution of plant maintenance service contracts and service projects in Metals and oil and Gas projects
  • You are able to ensure timely recruitment, KPI’s monitoring with customers and site team.
  • Passes strong interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Should have strong knowledge of electrification, drives and automation systems for DI focused industries.
  • Able to make long-term O&M service contracts for Siemens equipment’s/third party equipment’s.
  • Must be able to execute, monitor and control service projects.
  • You are well versed with EHS rules and procedures specific to O&M projects.
  • Industrial experience in refineries, automobiles, petrochemicals, Metal vertical are preferred.
  • Must have good customer contacts across various industry verticals.

Education & Experience:

  • You are a graduate in Electrical with consistent track record and experience of 5 years in project management and handling plant maintenance contracts.
  • Any specialize degree/diploma in the field of O&M would be the added advantage.
  • Handled the team intensively worked for service projects.
  • Must have experience in industrial safety practices especially in Electrical maintenance field.
  • Must have fair knowledge of PM@Siemens process and PM tools for managing plant maintenance service projects.
