Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

We are seeking a dynamic professional for Finance Controlling position at Siemens Energy India Limited. The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the Forecast and Actuals controlling activities for SEIL through structured discussions with the Execution Units and their respective controlling teams.
  • Understand and identify the key levers of business performance and supervise the same through smart analytics
  • Develop smart and intelligent analytics to drive business performance.
  • Support stakeholders in various decision-making aspects through usage of past data and predictive skills
  • Ensure setting up new processes and right controlling framework for the entity
  • Special projects on the direction of Country CFO on specific topics in all or specific Execution Unit to identify areas of improvement and drive idea implementation
  • Coordinate audits viz. internal, statutory, tax and proactively address issues identified
  • Support treasury initiatives viz. Currency management and Commodity Hedging for the Company
  • Drive automation, digitization, and continuous improvement in finance processes

The role reports to the Finance Controlling Head of Siemens Energy India Limited and is based in Gurgaon.

What you bring:

•       CA with 1 to 2 years’ experience and a good track record

•       Strong team player and ability to drive topics with other teams and functions which may not be directly reporting under this role.

•       Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

•       Streamlined presentation and interpersonal skills to be able to work with senior company management directly

•       Tech savvy candidate preferred to drive a lean and smart controlling framework

•       Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

•       Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing and complex environment
