We are looking for a PMO Specialist for the Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit who will be trained in 2 years as an Apprentice.

Your Challenge 

As an Apprentice PMO some of your main activities will be: 

• Assisting in coordinating project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables 

• Facilitating communication between project managers, teams, suppliers, and stakeholders 

• Assisting with logistic and expediting processes 

• Maintaining and updating project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, trackers) 

• Preparing reports for senior PMs or management regarding project status and performance 

• Ensuring documentation adheres to PMO rules, methodologies, processes, templates, and standards 

• Supporting monitoring project expenditures and budget alignment 

• Maintaining SharePoint sites, trackers, reporting dashboards, and PMO tools 

• Supporting procurement processes and vendor/resource management 

• Supporting with warranty claims for defective components 

Required entry qualifications: 

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract 

• You gained experience as a PMO inter or a similar role 

• You are a fresh graduate in Management Engineering or similar 

• You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English 

• Aspiration to develop a PMO path and growth 

• Genuine interest for digitalization 

• Very good knowledge of office 365 and availability internal tools 

• Knowledge of SAP will be a plus 

• Ability to work in team and think about everything from the customer perspective 

• You are a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element 

• Openness to a temporary relocation in Italy or abroad 

• European Work Permit
