Today, we are recruiting for a Legal Working Student to join our team in Turkey. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
What are my responsibilities?
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Stay informed about new developments by keeping abreast of the official gazette and informing the legal team.
- Perform in-depth legal research and analyze specific topics, combine all in well-structured memoranda.
- Validate legal documents and official correspondences.
- Follow up on processes with the notary public, including the issuance and archiving of powers of attorneys and legal notifications.
- Support & organize both hard copy and soft copy files for the legal department.
- Revise contracts under the supervision of a legal counsel or contract manager.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Currently enrolled as a third-year undergraduate law student
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week at our Istanbul (Kartal) campus
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute ideas.
