Apply now for the position of SAP Data Governance and Change Control Expert, and you will drive robust SAP master data governance and effective change control that enables compliant, efficient delivery of medical devices. This is an exciting full-time permanent position based at our Sudbury site. 


Your Role:

  • You will drive SAP master data governance for material master data in line with company policy and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver defined sub-projects across SAP master data, CIA creation, and Document Information Records.
  • You manage change control activities including drawing changes, BOM creation/updates, routing reviews/changes, and RoHS updates.
  • You will assess manufacturing plant scope/impact of design, process, and new product changes, and manage associated change notes.
  • You will lead day-to-day team activity by prioritising tasks against milestones and guiding technical/administrative staff.
  • You drive change by implementing and embedding SAP data governance and change control improvements, aligning stakeholders and ensuring changes are adopted.


Your Expertise:

  • You have data governance experience within a Pharma and/or Medical Device environment.
  • You have a thorough understanding of ERP, BOMs, EDM and change systems (preferably SAP).
  • You will have excellent communication skills and can engage stakeholders at all levels and across functions.
  • You have knowledge of engineering/manufacturing principles and change processes (including obsolescence/spare parts lifecycle).
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset with experience in Lean/Kaizen and structured problem-solving (including CAPA close-out).
  • You have a great organisation and delivery focus, with the ability to work at pace and under pressure.
