Role
We are looking for a Service Business Analyst intern or working student to support the deployment of global digital services. One key area is to maintain and accelerate the technical infrastructure behind the strategic planning with global countries. This role ensures that service deployment decisions are based on reliable, standardized data, enabling measurable business impact, higher employee productivity, and consistent digital adoption
You will work closely with diverse stakeholders across the international organization, e.g., business users and developers, translating user requirements into enhancements of the data setup and new features. On the technical side you work with the Office environment, SharePoint lists and Power BI dashboards
Your new responsibilities
- Enhance usability, user experience, and reliability of tools that are central to day-to-day operation
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, rules, and data logic for developers
- Improve data quality, naming consistency, and lifecycle alignment in the SharePoint lists to reduce manual rework and maintenance effort
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for global and executive audiences
- Automate team-internal processes and KPI calculations with Power Automate
- Assist with testing, UAT, validation, and rollout coordination of new features
- Coordinate with global business users, data owners, product managers, and developers
- Support preparation of strategic decks, workshops, and alignment materials for global deployment discussions
Your Profile
- You are enrolled at a Swiss university of university of applied sciences in the fields of business, information technology or similar OR you are taking a gap year between Bachelor’s and master’s studies
- Experience with or interest to learn SharePoint lists (incl. Lookup columns / database-like structures)
- Experience with or strong interest in learning Power BI and Power Automate
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills to design scalable, data driven frameworks within complex global tool and process landscapes
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail and quality
- Be a motivated and proactive student with excellent problem-solving skills and a dedicated, results-oriented work style
- You work independently, demonstrating reliability and strong organizational skills
- Excellent English skills are required, German is an advantage
- Availability for this role: either 60% (3 days per week as a working student ) or up to 80% (4 days per week as an Intern)
