We are looking for a Graduate Sales Engineer to join our Sydney team immediately to play a key role in connecting our innovative solutions to customers who need them most. Whether you're identifying new opportunities, solving customer problems, or building strong relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, work with cutting-edge tools (including AI!), and be mentored by some of the best in the business.

Who We Are

At Siemens, we create technology that transforms the everyday, for everyone. Australia may contribute around 1% of global emissions, but we know that every action matters. That’s why we empower our customers to do more with less: using less energy, reducing emissions, and building industries that shape a cleaner, smarter, and fairer future.
By combining the real and digital worlds, we help our customers transform their industries and markets — and in turn, make a positive impact on the everyday lives of billions of people. Innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity are at the heart of what we do.

Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team
  • Family-first culture – we support you in balancing work and life, so you can thrive both personally and professionally.
  • Flexible working hours – design a schedule that fits your lifestyle and commitments.
  • Learning and growth time – enjoy 35 hours each year to develop your skills and advance your career.
  • Hybrid work model – work 2–3 days from home each week as part of our global standard.
  • Generous parental leave – up to 16 weeks paid leave to support you and your family.
  • Social connection and community – take part in events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Paid volunteering leave – give back to causes that matter to you.

What You’ll Be Doing With Us
  • Team up with Account Managers to manage exciting sales opportunities—helping bring deals to life from first enquiry through to signed order.
  • Take the lead with Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers—building relationships, identifying needs, and finding solutions that make a difference.
  • Develop a strong pipeline by qualifying and prioritising leads.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to uncover new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Get hands-on with tools like Salesforce and AI to track progress, gather market insights, and manage your sales activity like a pro.
  • Learn, grow, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

You have:
  • Recently completed your degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
  • Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship.
  • Great communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • A love for learning—especially when it comes to new technology and digital tools.
  • Confidence to pick up the phone, have meaningful conversations with new customers, and drive results.
