General Summary of the Job: 

As part of a Country or Zone partner organization have primarily responsibility for partners success by understanding growth ambitions and establishing clear objectives collaboratively.  Facilitate engagements and executive sponsorship aid to achieving partner and DI SW growth objectives. Undertake quarterly business reviews and partner health analysis to drive performance alignment and improvement strategies. 

Work in partnership with Partner management and owners to transform partner businesses enhancing their agility, innovation, and competitiveness.  Assist Partners throughout various transformation stages including adopting new technologies and optimizing sales processes.  Advocate for partners within Siemens communities, supporting ARR growth, and optimizing sales compensation plans contribute to mutual success. 

Work under self-management on assignments/pursuits and will determine solutions, methods and procedures.  Represent Siemens at Partner conferences and events within Country. 

 
Essential Functions: 

Business Planning & Management 
  • Understand the partner's growth ambitions within the context of our partnership and collaboratively define clear, measurable objectives ensures that both parties are working towards shared goals and maximizing mutual success. 
  • Support the partner and DI SW growth objectives through facilitating engagements aimed at fostering strategic alignment and executive sponsorship. 
  • Support the partner's business transformation with the ultimate goal of achieving greater agility, innovation, and competitive advantage. 
  • Support partners through various stages of business transformation, such as adopting new technologies, evolving business models, or expanding into adjacent markets. 
  • Support to partners to optimize sales resources and processes, customer retention efforts, and subscription renewals. 
  • Support the development and execution of LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) enablement strategies for partners by leveraging Partner Academy and all other resources available. 
  • Determine need and coordinates the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for partners. Facilitate productive meetings to review performance, align strategies, and drive actionable outcomes. 
Coverage & Capacity 
  • Support partner recruitment needs. 
  • Perform partner health analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement by analyzing key metrics and indicators. 
  • Support growth opportunities with consistency and efficiency. 
  • Support onboarding, PowerPaths, and further integration into Siemens 
Marketing & Demand Generation 
  • Support demand generation activities, orchestrating strategic campaigns, and pipeline growth. 
  • Support the efficient use of SaaS marketing program funding to maximize impact and alignment with business goals. 
  • Support marketing strategies through assets and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. 
  • Support marketing related resources to exploit the partner brand, drive demand, and grow pipeline in target markets 
  • Support the marketing plan to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and optimize outcomes. 

Enablement & Training (LAER) 
  • Coordinate partner enablement initiatives to enhance their capabilities aligned to the partner business plan objectives 
  • Recommend training programs to address specific skill gaps identified within partner organizations. 
  • Support SaaS/LAER content engagement to build LAER competency & capabilities. 
  • Support the deployment of resources to support mentoring throughout the LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) framework. 

Relationship Management 
  • Help the partner navigate challenges, align resources, and capitalize on opportunities for mutual growth and innovation. 
  • Support partners in achieving their ARR targets and effectively navigating the LAER framework to meet business plan objectives. 
  • Support partner personnel on LAER and sales cycle best practices to drive results. 
  • Be a partner advocate within the DI SW and greater Siemens communities. 
ARR Management & Growth 
  • Support partner-driven ARR growth efforts through collaborative planning and execution. 
  • Support growth initiatives aimed at increasing ARR. 
  • Support SaaS business management and sales compensation plans. 
  • Support strategies to secure key accounts and onboard new logos, focusing on must-win accounts and expanding the 
  • customer base. 
General: 
  • Maintain the integrity of Siemens and support organizational culture, values, and reputation 
  • Undertake required personal administration for role including timely expenses 
  • Uphold and enforce Siemens compliance, health and safety and quality requirements 
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties required by the company

Scope: 
  • Work with low-touch Authorised to Silver Partners 
  • Responsible for X number of Partners (1:many) 
  • Execute a Target of approximately XXXX 
Education and Experience: 
  • Relevant local University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Sales (or lower qualification with relevant work experience) 
  • Software Sales experience (ideally but not restricted to Manufacturing or Engineering Software) 
  • SaaS Sales experience 
  • Industry Experience in XXXXXX 
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements (adapt if required): 
  • Normal office or home office environment with travel to partner and customer sites 
  • Must be willing and available to work the core hours required
