Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from start to closure with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external, using PMI & Agile methodologies
  • Lead complex financial evaluations to propose attractive investment projects to the company
  • Have exceptional budget controlling; lead bidding processes for new assets, PO submittals, Invoicing control and meet annual investment budget plan
  • Achieve annual productivity goals with new projects that are creative and economically feasible
  • Promote collaboration between different departments within the facility
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and upper management
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time

Requirements
  • BA degree
  • 3+ years working in operations (logistics, manufacturing, quality, etc.)
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Proven working experience in budget controlling
  • English Advanced
  • MS Office
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized, disciplined and dedicated professional
  • Certification / courses in PMI/Agile/SCRUM are a plus
