The Role:


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure and tools that allow our development and operations teams to build, test, deploy, and monitor applications with efficiency and reliability. You will contribute to the architectural vision, ensure code quality, and provide technical guidance, helping to shape the future of our software ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI\CD pipelines

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.

Manage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Monitor systems and applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, etc.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, and IT teams to streamline development and deployment processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Implement best practices for system architecture, automation, and deployment..

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing frameworks and provide timely resolutions.

Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, focusing on reusability, maintainability, and extensibility.

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for frameworks and pipelines.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications:

Required:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

·       3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.

·       Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

·       Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).

·       Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

·       Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred:

Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), etc.

Experience with security best practices in DevOps environments (DevSecOps).

Familiarity with serverless computing, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.

Soft Skills:

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

·       Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
