Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Guide teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams to improve collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver Agile training sessions, workshops, and learning paths tailored to team maturity and organizational needs.
- Support enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives by aligning strategy, structure, and culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to remove systemic impediments during the agile transformation and to promote agile values.
- Define and track Agile metrics (e.g. velocity, lead time, team health) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate Agile communities of practice to share knowledge, success stories, and challenges.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge exchange across teams.
- Act as a catalyst for change by helping teams navigate resistance and embrace new ways of working.
- Communicate the benefits of the Agile transformation clearly and consistently to the whole organization and related stakeholders.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile environments, actively working as Scrum Master or RTE, coaching teams and leaders through transformation journeys
- Proven track record in guiding large-scale Agile implementations, aligning practices with business goals, and removing systemic barriers
- Skilled in managing change across complex systems, fostering psychological safety, and enabling adaptive learning cultures
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies. Capable of designing and delivering tailored training programs
- Focused on enabling teams to develop their own working models, fostering self-organization, and promoting clarity in decision-making
- Experienced in using Agile metrics to assess team health and maturity, and in conducting diagnostic assessments to identify improvement areas
Your profile and your skills:
- You have a convincing appearance, very good communication and presentation skills and experience in dealing with important stakeholders at senior management level and in international teams.
- You are fluent in spoken English.
- You have worked abroad or in global teams several times and bring along corresponding international experience.
- You work very independently, are very interested to work with new technologies and to apply them within the digitalization of our company
- Personally, you will convince us with your ability to change, your analytical skills and your focus on results.
- You are mobile and work with colleagues at different locations (remote and on-site).
- You have led larger teams in a project or organizational wise.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
