Your role:

·       The Implementation Project Manager leads and manages internal and client support teams from planning through final delivery. This role ensures scope alignment, team coordination, progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, testing oversight, and solution validation. It requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and project management skills, along with deep knowledge of digital technologies and implementation methodologies. This position plays a key role in organizational transformation

·       We are seeking a professional with experience in Information Technology project management, with a focus on the medical-hospital sector. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Project Manager, leading internal and external teams, preparing budgets and work schedules, monitoring human and financial resource allocation, controlling costs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

·       Lead and manage technical and specialist teams in IT projects for the healthcare sector.

·       Prepare and present accurate and detailed budgets and work schedules.

·       Monitor and control the allocation of human and financial resources to ensure efficiency and goal achievement.

·       Manage external vendors and maintain effective client relationships.

·       Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication.

·       Resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.

·       Independently identify what needs to be prioritized or escalated within the organization.

Your expertise:

·       Solid experience in implementing on-premise, cloud, and SaaS solutions.

·       Extensive experience in Project Management.

·       Technical knowledge in medical software integration (EHR, EMR, PACS, LIS, HIS).

·       Familiarity with standards such as IHE, HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.

·       Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
