What you will do:

  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistics preparation.
  • Support the execution of marketing events.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage office supplies ordering and asset inventory.
  • Handle expense claims, travel bookings, and company stamp application.
  • Assist visitors and guests with business travel arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
