This is your role. What part will you play?

  • Operational Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring project progress against key operational milestones, schedules, and resource plans. You'll help gather and compile critical data to support daily operational reviews and ensure everyone has the most up-to-date information.
  • Resource and Logistics Support: Help coordinate the deployment and tracking of project resources, equipment, and materials. This includes assisting with logistical arrangements to ensure everything is in the right place at the right time for project activities.
  • On-Site Coordination Assistance: Provide support for on-site operational activities, which may include helping with site visits, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that daily tasks align with the overall project plan.
  • Operational Documentation & Communication: Maintain and update essential operational logs, records, and communication channels. You'll help ensure clear and timely information flow within the project team and with external stakeholders regarding operational matters.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution Support: Work closely with the Project Director to identify potential operational bottlenecks, challenges, or deviations from the plan, and assist in researching and implementing practical solutions.
  • Process Optimization Contributions: Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes and administrative workflows.

What you need to make real what matters.
We're looking for a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for making things happen!
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
  • You'll thrive in our team if you are highly organized, solution-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a multi-cultural setting, while also demonstrating the initiative to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Words, Powerpoint for tracking and analyzing operational data.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or operational planning software (like SAP or similar systems) would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) for clear and effective operational communication.
