You’ll create impact by

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or other relevant fields, with a strong track record of supporting business operations effectively.
• Customer Orientation: Provides business-driven solutions while ensuring full compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Business Acumen: Broad understanding of diverse business models, go-to-market strategies, and end-to-end business processes, including supporting functions.
• Intercultural Collaboration: Strong intercultural awareness, communication, and collaboration skills that foster innovative and inclusive working models.
• Continuous Learning & Teamwork: Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn, collaborate across borders, and explore new ways of working as a committed team player.
• Compliance Expertise: Deep knowledge across key compliance domains such as Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Data Privacy, Export Control, Human Rights, and Anti-Money Laundering.
• Ethical Integrity: Guided by a strong ethical value system that supports sound decision-making and builds trust among business partners, colleagues, and team members.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with agility to respond to innovations and emerging business trends.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultural contexts.
