Your mission will be…

  • Receive client requests (external or internal) for interventions via phone (AWS), email (Outlook), etc;
  • Open tickets in the Corporate GSP tool, updating the client file if necessary (address, email, phone number, SAP numbers, installed equipment, etc.);
  • Create unknown clients in the Corporate GMDM tool in order to import them into GSP;
  • Reassure and inform clients (via email or phone);
  • Clarify the technical request to prepare the offer in the Corporate iQuote tool before sending it to the client;
  • Schedule/confirm interventions with stakeholders using the Corporate GSP tool;
  • Call the concerned clients if needed;
  • Manage the administrative part of the intervention (solvency check via GMDM/GSP, HSE requirements in GSP, clarification of the iQuote/GSP order, travel preparation using the Corporate Concur tool, report management in GSP, etc.).

We are looking for someone with…

  • Mandatory: Proficiency in French- minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers); 
  • English is required to communicate with Siemens delivery centers and others;
  • SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, - SD) will be a plus;
  • Enjoy working with several Siemens specific IT tools;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Service Attitude, customer oriented and problem-solving mindset;
  • Strong communication skills (both orally and writing);
  • Accuracy and ability to multi-task will help make you a success;
  • Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name of Siemens.
