About the Role: 
For SI México, we are looking for a full time Mendix Senior Developer who will be responsible for supporting our SI business to develop low code applications, optimize and digitalize business processes

Your responsibilities

Identify new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with consultants and process owners.
Being part of the project life cycle, starting from process analysis, simplification, development, testing and maintenance
Develop and maintain complex Mendix applications
Create UI designs and prototypes
Enable API services for existing applications
Continuously support and maintain existing Mendix applications
Participate in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team
Support internal improvement, ideations and innovation programs
Participating in projects within Americas region  


Requirements/Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix development
Mendix Intermediate Certification is a must, Advanced as a plus.
Knowledge on algorithms and coding, low-code application development experience
Experience of User experience (UX) and User interface (UI)
Knowledge, experience and integration with API, SQL, Excel VBA, HTML, Java, CSS, JavaScript, OpenSSL
Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities)
Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions
Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness
Advanced English is a must (B2 at least, C1 is a plus)
Project management skills due to direct interaction with the business
Lean/Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum methodologies know-how is preferred. 
Inspired by new technology implementations and being early adapter
Having a growth mindset and enjoying continuous learning
Knowledge of algorithms and coding
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with international project member
