Role Overview:
The role involves end-to-end management of sales orders, procurement, and order execution to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue targets. The position requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, proactive monitoring of order status, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage timely booking, processing, and execution of sales orders with weekly reviews of overdue orders.
Ensure timely procurement/import of materials to maintain availability in warehouse and support on-time dispatches.
Monthly review and updates of Material master data.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BDC, BU, Sales Excellence, Sourcing, EXIM) and external partners (vendors, forwarders, CHA, etc.) to drive order execution and resolve bottlenecks.
Address urgent customer requirements and manage customer relationships, including handling escalations and complaints.
Monitor Key KPIs, and initiate corrective actions to meet defined targets.
Regularly review material availability and coordinate with customers for clearance to achieve revenue plans.
Maintain accuracy and hygiene in sales orders and purchase orders.
Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or excess.
To align inventory planning with demand forecasts and revenue targets.
Track non-moving and slow-moving inventory; initiate corrective actions such as redistribution, liquidation, or procurement adjustment.
Support automation and efficiency improvement initiatives, including RPA projects.
Foster teamwork, encourage collaboration, and contribute to building a positive work culture.

Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of sales order processes, procurement cycles, and logistics operations.
Good knowledge of import/export processes, documentation, and coordination with EXIM/CHA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Eye for detail and process excellence.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Customer-centric mindset.
