Your Challenge

·        Responsible for processing customer orders and issuing invoices

·        Responsible for processing purchase orders to factories

·        Tracking order confirmations, delivery timelines, and factory coordination

·        Handling warranty and return process

·        Coordinating with proposal managers to ensure that commercial offers align with contractual terms and technical specifications

·        Applying standard payment terms and managing escalations or deviations in pricing

·        Collaborating with colleagues across finance, sales and technical teams

·        Ensuring compliance with Siemens’ commercial policies, including export controls and tax regulations

·        Ensure high level quality in all communication on behalf of Siemens with end customers to guarantee their satisfaction

·        Support in financial and controlling reports

·        Actively proposing process optimizations

·        Perform and record all order activities in SAP system (e.g. Order Entry, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, etc.)

What you need to bring with you

·        BSc in Economics or relevant field

·        Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken

·        Very good knowledge of Windows and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

·        Experience as SAP user considered as an asset

·        Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn

·        Results/ Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment

·        Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions

·        Strong customer service orientation and problem solving
