Main activities and responsibilities: 

  • As an ambitious treasury manager (f/m/d) and trusted partner to the EMEA Siemens Healthineers Finance team, implement Siemens Healthineers Treasury strategy regarding Cash Management, FX Management and support Siemens Healthineers’ business in EMEA in in those areas. 
  • Perform Cash Management, Funding and FX management activities on behalf of the Siemens Healthineers entities in EMEA region in line with the centrally defined Treasury Strategies complying with local regulatory requirements of the EMEA region entities. 
  • Regularly and closely collaborate with different internal stakeholders within Siemens Healthineers EMEA (such as Zone Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax and Accounting management) to ensure that all Cash Management and FX Management processes are operating effectively and in compliance with both internal and external regulations.   
  • Interact with external stakeholders like Banks to be at the forefront of financial market developments to support Siemens Healthineers’ business in EMEA. 
  • Execute on governance for Cash Management and FX Management and provide consultancy as well as training to the Siemens Healthineers finance and sales communities in EMEA. 
  • Pro-actively initiate and promote digitalization on Cash management and FX management activities in the EMEA region. 

Required skills for the success of this role: 

  • University degree Master or PhD in Business, Finance. 
  • Minimum of 7 years’ Cash Management and FX Management experience especially in FX trading and daily cash dispositioning activities in either a MNC or Bank. 
  • Broad and in-depth technical knowledge of different Cash Management and FX Management, Hedging and Financial Markets Risk Management approaches, systems, and processes especially in regulated countries. 
  • Deep and validated interest in digitalization specifically in Treasury focus areas. 
  • Track record experience in working global, multi-cultural and virtual project teams. 
  • Well organized with strong decision-making ability and strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with Banks, and internal stakeholders and interfaces. 
  • International experience outside of the home country and strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and partners around the world. 
  • Pro-active, self-driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment and able to inspire others.  
  • Strong team player with growth mentality and flexible mind set. 
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are an asset.
