负责推动订单管理系统及应用的优化与维护,同时支持整体数字化转型工作。该岗位需兼具对技术以及业务的理解。能确保系统平稳运行、数据完整可靠,并落地提升运营效率与客户满意度的数字化解决方案。

主要职责

  • 维持数字化订单管理系统的稳定高效运行。(SAP RDA等)
  • 以严谨的项目管理能力主导数字化举措,利用新技术、低代码平台(Mendi, Ui path)敏捷开发方法,实现订单流程现代化。
  • 通过项目管理促进跨部门协作,协调 IT、运营、销售及客户服务团队,确保数字化战略协同落地。

任职要求

教育背景与工作经验

  • 工商管理、工程管理、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 至少 1-3 年相关领域工作经验。
  • 具备出色的沟通与人际交往能力,能够与公司各层级建立并维护良好关系。
  • 拥有较强的问题解决与分析能力,能够识别并处理复杂问题。
  • 英语读写流利。

Job Title: DCM CN Order Management Excellence Officer

Location: Shanghai

Mission

Responsible for driving the optimization and maintenance of order management systems and applications, while supporting overall digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a solid understanding of both technology and business, ensuring stable system operation, reliable data integrity, and the implementation of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the stable and efficient operation of digital order management systems & tools (e.g., SAP, RDA).
  • Lead digital initiatives with project management capabilities, leveraging new technologies, low-code platforms (Mendix, UiPath), and agile development methodologies to modernize order processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through project management, coordinating IT, operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the cohesive implementation of digital strategies.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in related areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying and addressing complex issues.
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing)
