You’ll make a difference by:

• Managing inbound calls and web requests accurately and timely execution with highest standards of quality.
• Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
• Complete reporting of activities handled on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).
• Adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions daily.
• Flexible working in shifts and split weekly offs.

Your success is grounded in:

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Verbal communication in Hindi.
• Graduate with minimum 1 Yr of experience.
