About the role


We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Turkey to help lead the growth of Siemens Digital Industries within the Turkish Region.


Your main responsibility will be to engage with our large accounts and look for opportunities in areas where we can add value for our customers. You will be working with a professional team of experienced pre-sales consultants and our professional services team towards closing these opportunities and increasing revenues.


Ideally we're looking for somebody to be based locally to Ankara, but you must be willing to visit our main office location in Istanbul on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • As part of the software sales team, you will lead and implement industry focused, consultative and value selling engagements (typically large to enterprise-size companies) through productive business relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals.
  • Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our industrial software (MES/MOM) solutions to address such with appropriate Return on Investment justification.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and planning
  • Represent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectations
  • Participate in (international) events both internal as well as external


Qualifications

  • You will have a proven track record in successfully closing complex deals in a B2B environment, ideally within industrial software and ideally within the automotive, shipping or food and beverage sector.
  • A passion for sales, with a “never give up” mentality.
  • A Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and build long term relationships with our key customers.
  • Have an ability to have fun while exceeding your targets
  • Excellent business communication skills in Turkish & English are advantageous.
  • Experience within the manufacturing software sector is highly desirable, e.g. MOM, MES, PLM
