This position provides semi-complex clerical support to logistics management in performing data entry, reviewing and completing reoccurring SAP transactions, receiving transactions, filing, coordinating paper flow; responds to inquiries relating to logistics documentation, production orders and receiving instruction; compiles and maintains records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or kitted, inputs data into logistics systems, prepares charts and reports from logistics databases; participates in inventory audits on regular basis to detect discrepancies; performs semi-complex work within area of import documentation support; compiling and maintaining all receiving documentation such as bills of lading, pro forma invoices, commercial invoices, country of origin certificates, and other required customs documentation for inbound receipts; interprets documented logistics rules, past practices, or instruction on a semi-independent level; effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not very difficult or complex. This position reports to the Logistics Manager and takes day to day operational direction from Logistics Supervisor(s).
You will make an impact by:
- Review and complete reoccurring SAP transactions.
- Monitor internal and external water levels.
- Review and provide updates on sequence as needed.
- Coordinate with Supervisors and Foreman to determine root cause for any discrepancies
- Ensure items are properly kitted and production orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinating daily inbound shipments for parcel, air freight, LTL, and truckload shipments.
- compiles and maintains records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or kitted.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have good knowledge of SAP transactions
- Must have working knowledge of Excel and/or other MS Office software
- Must be able to work independently yet able to work with other departments on procurement issues that arise, cross-functional teams, etc.
- 2-5 years minimum experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
- HS diploma or equivalent required.

The pay range for this position is $51,765 - $88,740 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
