We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Expert to join our team. In this role, you will bridge technical expertise with commercial excellence, supporting both pre-sales activities and post-installation customer success. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless product adoption and outstanding customer experience. Your Functional Team is in Sweden, Finland and Baltics Country Cluster, and role requires travel within Lithuania, but also occasionally withing other cluster countries.
The Jobholder must speak the local language and be based in Lithuania, ideally in Vilnius or Kaunas.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Support
- Provide pre-sales technical support to Key Account Managers.
- Present and demonstrate selected products to customers, including method penetration.
- Prepare competitive tender responses with technical and scientific specifications.
- Share best practices for technical tender responses across the region.
- Participate in product launches and customer/user meetings.
- Contribute to marketing materials and customer newsletters.
- Educate sales teams on assays and product updates.
Customer Support
- Coordinate and assist with installation of new products at customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with global and regional installation guidelines.
- Develop and adapt customer training materials for local use.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Support selected Siemens Healthineers products at designated sites.
- Participate in verification and validation activities when required.
- Ensure customer tickets are resolved promptly and documented in PACE/P58.
- Understand and act according to contract obligations.
- Share application knowledge internally to promote best practices.
- Translate and distribute IFUs, software updates, FSCA, and bulletins.
- Ensure FSCA implementation and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic assays and laboratory workflows, preferably from laboratory of chemistry, immunoassays and total laboratory automation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
- Driver's license is mandatory
Compensation package
- Salary range: 2600 - 3500 € / month
- Participation in the employer’s bonus system

- 20 working days + after one year of working with us, fully paid 5 working days within limited timeframe.
