 For our commercial group in Digital Industries Service Execution, we are looking for a part-time working student. This role will be responsible for supporting Logistics and Spare Part Team.


What are my responsibilities?

• Checking shipping list with purchase orders and delivery documents from the forwarder
• Creating Imex in SAP and sending the list to forwarder
• After arrival notice, sending Imex to Supply chain Management and customs officer colleagues with documents

• Sending import payments

 
What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3th year student in Foreign Trade, Economics or Business Administration departments
• Able to work 2,5-4 days/week in Kartal, partly remote
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Flexible and good team players
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
