Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key support role in driving projects sales and managing selected channel partner accounts. You will work closely with contractors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up on all business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and strengthening relationships with contractors, partners, and key customer stakeholders.
- Maintaining an updated contact database and supporting partners with budgeting tools and project cost estimates.
- Coordinating closely between Siemens partners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Generating, updating, and tracking leads in CRM systems, following up to improve hit rates, and providing win–loss analysis.
- Supporting OEM/PB account management through customer service, issue resolution, and communication of product updates.
- Preparing sales forecasts, monitoring progress toward annual targets, and coordinating accurate and timely quotation responses to RFQs.
- Managing partner approvals and registrations with governmental and military entities in line with compliance requirements.
- Identifying technical issues across assigned accounts and aligning with technical teams to ensure smooth sales-cycle execution.
- Driving cross-selling opportunities and supporting multi-scope project coordination.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or a related field from reputable university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, project sales, or a similar commercial role within the engineering, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Previous experience dealing with contractors, OEMs, system integrators, or channel partners is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, technical quotation processes, and project-based business.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (budgeting tools, data analysis), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Siesales, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Ability to read/interpret basic technical information is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive approach with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with ability to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) with high level of English proficiency
