As part of the global Cybersecurity Assurance function, we help Siemens to achieve their goals by providing objective, factual and independent assurance to the Siemens Managing Board and Audit Committee. Our Cybersecurity team provides core assurance over the cybersecurity health of the company which includes IT and OT infrastructures, product security, software development and cloud environments. Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- Lead our diverse and international cybersecurity audit team, evaluating comprehensive cybersecurity processes and conducting ethical hacking activities as part of our audit engagements.
- Evaluate cybersecurity risks arising from various threat actors, vulnerabilities, and weak points that could impact Siemens.
- Lead and conduct multiple cybersecurity audits on our IT systems, products, applications, services, factories, and software development centers. Effectively communicate highlights and technical findings to management and help them take effective actions.
- Work closely with security experts from multiple departments to improve their solutions by tackling the root cause of the issues and find innovative solutions to modern challenges.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, throughout all phases of the audit engagement
- Guide and mentor team members in setting and achieving their career development goals.
- Represent Siemens in relevant Cybersecurity conferences - as a participant or as a speaker.
- Take the lead in recruiting efforts by actively identifying top talent and conducting interviews to build a high-performing team
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
- Professional experience within Siemens, a related industry, or a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm.
- Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in cybersecurity and keep up to date in a continuously challenging environment.
- Experience with one or more of the following aspects: application and software security, blue / red teaming, industrial security controls, network security, cloud security, secure SDLC, IT operations, penetration testing, etc.
- Strong academic history (degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or Finance).
- Extensive managerial experience with a strong affinity for both business and technology, including a proven track record of effective communication with C-level executives.
- Strong multi–Project Management and Team leadership skills.
- International mindset and open to travelling and working in a diverse and international team.
- Fluent in English.
