What are my responsibilities?

• Review and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Ensure timely processing of invoice receipts in the SAP system.
• Support accounting teams in resolving discrepancies in invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions and documentation.
• Perform 3-way matching and ensure accurate GR booking.
• Obtain mandatory approvals before submitting invoices for IR posting.
• Validate postings prior to release by the accounting team.
• Prepare detailed invoice summaries for subcontractors.
• Monitor advance settlements, retention amounts, and required deductions.
• Coordinate with technical teams, CPM, and subcontractors on invoice status and transfers.
• Align with CPM on budget availability for transfers.
• Coordinate with treasury and banks for SWIFT confirmations and foreign currency documentation.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial or financial operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proactive in resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely settlements.
• Strong attention to detail in invoice verification and SAP postings.
• Effective collaboration with internal & external Stakeholders.
• Adherence to company guidelines and audit requirements.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
