In this role, you'll play a key part in how we manage, analyze, and use data to support strategic decisions and improve our global operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Data Management & Quality: You'll be responsible for maintaining and integrating various data sources. Your expertise in cleansing, validating, and enriching datasets will ensure high data quality, transforming raw information into reliable intelligence and improving data consistency.
• Reporting & Visualization: You'll design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs, turning complex data into intuitive visual insights that help our teams make informed decisions.
• Process Optimization: You'll identify areas for improvement within existing processes and implement effective, scalable solutions to optimize workflows and enhance productivity across our global operations. You'll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our systems and processes are always evolving.
• Global Collaboration & Support: You'll connect with customers and cross-functional teams, including commercial, HR, and IT colleagues, to understand their data requirements. You'll provide expert training and support, helping business users effectively utilize our data tools and reports.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data handling and analytics, with a proven ability to transform raw data into valuable insights.
• A natural problem-solver with a drive for continuous process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to handle and analyze large data sets.
• Excellent self-time management and organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Great communication skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must to effectively collaborate with our diverse global teams.
