Your mission will be… 
As a Digitalization Consultant in GBS Digital Advisory, you will play a crucial role in transforming business processes through AI-driven solutions and digital innovation. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal customers, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and digital transformation. Utilizing your expertise in Business Analysis and AI, you will design, implement, and optimize advanced solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identifying Opportunities & Running AI Workshops
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for AI-driven digitalization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI opportunities with strategic business objectives. 
  • Conduct AI workshops to educate stakeholders about AI capabilities and design thinking, helping them effectively explore and define AI-driven business use cases.

2. AI Consultation
  • Assess business processes to identify inefficiencies and evaluate AI-driven opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead workshops to analyze business challenges and define AI and digitalization strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on selecting and implementing AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

3. Business Analysis & Strategic Consulting
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven digitalization.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable insights for AI and digitalization initiatives.

4. Solution Ideation & Implementation
  • Lead solution ideation sessions with UX designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to co-create and validate solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives to drive successful solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and IT teams to seamlessly integrate solutions into business processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring smooth user adoption.

We are looking for someone with…
Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Consulting, or AI-driven transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (beyond LLMs models), automation tools, and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in  Business Analysis methodologies, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different business units and technical teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, RPA tools, or data analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, and UX methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Siemens’ internal processes and digitalization landscape.
