You’ll make an impact by

  • You steer the financial planning process across reporting lines and functions, ensuring accurate forecasts that support strategic business decisions. 
  • With your analytical mindset, you identify essential value drivers early and maintain proactive visibility over financial performance trends. 
  • Together with senior leaders, you shape robust business plans by calculating scenarios, validating assumptions, and challenging key inputs. 
  • Management presentations for diverse audiences benefit from your clear storytelling, concise visualizations, and insightful financial interpretation. 
  • You contribute to Siemens-wide reporting cycles, manage auditor interactions responsibly, and collaborate closely with Corporate Finance teams. 
  • Governance processes and intercompany charges on business-unit level are coordinated by you to ensure transparency and compliance. 
  • Your expertise strengthens cross-functional special projects focused on financial excellence, operational efficiency, and management consulting topics. 
  • By partnering with global stakeholders, you enhance decision quality and help drive sustainable performance improvements across the organization. 

Your defining qualities 

  • Education
    • You hold a master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting & Controlling, or a comparable analytical discipline
  • Experience & Skills
    • Long-term experience in controlling, financial planning, accounting, or management consulting forms the foundation of your expertise 
    • You have demonstrated your ability to work with senior leadership and guide teams within complex project environments effectively
    • Financial reporting tools and applications, combined with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, enable you to present data compellingly 
    • Experience with SAP enhances your capability to navigate integrated financial systems and support reliable reporting processes
  • Ways of working
    • Thriving in fast-paced environments comes naturally to you, allowing quick adaptation without compromising quality or accuracy
    • You show initiative, flexibility, and teamwork, ensuring collective success while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability
