OPERATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER - SIEMENS REAL ESTATE (SRE)

JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

• Entrepreneurial management of real estate business for the assigned locations with cost

sensitivity in accordance with SRE strategy

 Customer Relationship Management (building trust)

• Single point of contact for all internal and external SRE topics

• Driving continuous improvement of real estate costs for internal customers focusing on

operational requirements

• Ensure adequate performance of the Facility Management service providers.

• Management of resource & space consumption

• Driving of real estate innovations, e. g. sustainability improvement

• Management of maintenance and small construction projects and provision of support in large

construction and purchase & sales projects

¿Which are the requests for this position?

• Knowledge of Siemens business, organization, processes and internal customers’ requirements

(ideally)

• Management skills (people management, assessment and controlling of operations and FM)

• Knowledge in Business Administration

• Knowledge of Real Estate construction (ideal but not mandatory)

• Customer orientation as the competent partner to decision makers in designated locations

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills, as well as social competency

• Degree in business administration, engineering or other advanced real estate related degree

preferred.

• English language knowledge

  • Career: Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Business
  • Administration
  • IT Knowledge: AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office, Planon (desirable)
  • Work experience: 5-7 years minimum in the Corporate Real Estate Management area
  • Travel requirements: < 15%
