Overview
Siemens Healthineers being a global healthcare provider, has multiple IT implementations undertaken across the globe. Such large scale IT implementations require intense testing and collaboration with the various business stakeholders, applications and vendors. Test manager being an important role in the process needs to have strong testing planning and execution experience. This role as part of the global team calls for strong collaborators and go getters with a positive attitude, while solving the day to day testing challenges.

Task and Responsibilities
  • Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
  • Deploying and managing resources for testing
  • Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
  • Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
  • Work with the various stakeholders to coordinate with various teams to finish the testing activities
  • Using clear communication channels, ensure delivery of testing milestones
Required Education - University degree in engineering / computer science or similar

Experience - 7 to 10 years of hands on testing experience with 3-4yrs of test management experience.

Technical Skills:
  • Must be an expert in test management methods and processes.
  • Must be proficient with tools like HPQC, Azure DevOps.
  • Must have hands on experience of test planning and resource planning.
  • Must be able to support multiple activities in the testing lifecycle
  • Must be proficient in stakeholder communications through crisp test reporting.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in using SAP Solution Manager for managing test cases, test execution and recording and reporting test results.
Non-Technical Skills:
  • Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Must possess the ability to collaborate remotely with the functional teams in Germany and the USA.
  • Must be a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision
  • Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved
  • Must be an excellent team player
