- Select components and prepare concepts for customized mechanical designs within switchgear assemblies.
- Ensure all designs comply with customer specifications and international standards (e.g., IEC).
- Configure electrical and mechanical designs using the configurator tools.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, lead engineers, EPLAN engineers, manufacturing, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues during design, manufacturing, factory testing (FAT), and on-site commissioning, including performing Factory Witness Tests with customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization in design and manufacturing.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is welcome but practical experience is key).
- 2–3 years of experience in low voltage systems or switchgear design.
- Knowledge of electrical standards, protection and control devices, metering systems, and communication systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer specifications accurately.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

Even if you don’t meet all requirements, we encourage you to apply!
