Our Finance and Procurement Services (FPS) business line drives excellence in Accounting Services, Business Administration, Financial Controlling, Tax, Master Data and Procurement. FPS ensures reliable, efficient, and data-driven solutions for our customers’ evolving needs.

Your mission will be…

  • Support in accurate and timely accounting service, by processing transactions in line with the company regulations and guidelines;
  • Support in record and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP, with accuracy and in a timely manner;
  • Support in the verification, posting and payment of invoices;
  • Support in the process Expense claims (posting & payment);
  • Support in the process vendor accounts / Goods Received / Vendor accounts reconciliation;
  • Support in the vendor dunning letters, written and verbal communication with supplier;
  • Support in the processing and clarification of manual transactions;
  • Support in critical queries and provide accurate information to our business partners;
  • Support in the monthly activities;
  • Support in closing activities;
  • Support in the PCMB controls;
  • Other administrative topics.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Minimum high school degree; University degree will be a plus;
  • Experience in administrative and/or customer-oriented tasks;
  • Fluent knowledge in English and German;
  • Solid knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel;
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
  • Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.
