What you will do:

• Act as P&O Business Partner to business leaders: to provide strategic people insights, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with business goals.

• Drive business transformation initiatives: to support change management, capability building, and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption and sustainable outcomes.

• Use data and analytics: to identify workforce trends, diagnose people challenges, recommend solutions, and support leadership decision-making for continuous improvement.

• Lead core P&O functions such as Employee Benefits, Learning, or other areas of HR expertise.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Approximately 5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

• Proven capability in HR business partnering and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
