Project & Change Management Consultant (m/f/d)
Project & Change Management Consultant
Your Role: Driving Delivery and Adoption
You’ll support mainly internal customers to move complex initiatives forward — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum. A core part of the role is change management: helping people understand what’s changing, adopt new ways of working, and make the change stick.
Your Key Responsibilities (typical scope, varies by project)
- Drive and coordinate project execution (planning, milestones, dependencies, actions, follow-ups)
- Bring structure to ambiguity: turn “unclear” into a plan, options, and decisions
- Manage stakeholders across functions/countries; align expectations and unblock progress
- Prepare clear updates and recommendations for decisions (status, risks, trade-offs)
- Facilitate workshops and key meetings to ensure outcomes and ownership
- Support change adoption activities such as stakeholder mapping, communication planning/support, engagement activities, training coordination, feedback collection, and practical enablement of teams
- Use and promote modern digital tools (e.g., M365, collaboration platforms, AI-enabled productivity) to work smarter
- Learn continuously, share knowledge, and help improve our internal consulting practice
What You Bring
Required
- Proven experience in project environments (delivery, coordination, PMO, transformation support, consulting, or similar)
- Change management exposure is required — even if at an early/starting level (e.g., you’ve supported adoption, comms/training enablement, stakeholder engagement, impact thinking, resistance handling, rollout support)
- Strong ownership: self-manage priorities, drive next steps, escalate early when needed
- Strong stakeholder communication: clarity, relationship-building, and constructive challenge
- Structured thinking and problem-solving, including in unfamiliar topics
- Confident facilitation and ability to communicate with management
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Professional communication - maintaining clarity, respect, and confidence in every interaction. Truly understanding customer concerns and building trust through empathy
- Proactive Support - anticipating customer needs, going extra mile, more than expected. Solving issues swiftly, effectively, and with ownership
Nice to have (not required)
- Familiarity with delivery approaches and tools (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid; Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, M365, etc.)
- Certifications (PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ACMP, etc.)
- French or other languages
- Interest in digitalization, productivity tooling, and AI
Work Setup & Travel
Cross-country collaboration and occasional travel may be required depending on project needs. Work model and practical arrangements will be discussed during the HR process.
