You'll make an impact by

  • You support our organizational diagnostics work packages by bringing in your own perspectives and helping to shape new initiatives together with the team
  • Building on this, you contribute to data-driven workforce transformation projects, preparing meaningful data insights and creating engaging visuals that inspire stakeholders
  • As part of your responsibilities, you assist in everyday business activities such as preparing management documents, supporting research projects or organizing team events
  • You actively connect with colleagues across our international network, gaining valuable experience and building relationships for your personal and professional growth

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Social Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You have gained initial practical experience in People & Organization topics, such as organizational diagnostics or workforce transformation
    • You are confident using data tools like PowerPoint and Excel, and have a keen interest in analyzing and visualizing data insights
    • You are comfortable delivering presentations and communicating engagingly with different audiences
  • Ways of Working: You approach tasks with curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit, taking responsibility for your own development
  • Languages: You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
