Siemens Gebze factory is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgear production in Siemens World and exports to more than 80 countries worldwide!

We are searching for a Part-Time Working Student to support our Quality Management Team at our Gebze AIS Lead Factory for Supplier Quality and Quality System Tasks. You will join an exciting team and learn about Quality Management in lead manufacturing facility.

A great opportunity to experience to gain knowledge about processes and systems!

We expect that our new team member will be able to work 3 days in Gebze. Flexible working possibilities are also present!


What part will you play?

  • To create “Quality Control Plans” in SAP by inspecting respective technical documentation (i.e technical drawings /specifications),
  • To prepare “Initial Inspection Plans” in SharePoint by inspecting respective technical documentation prior to approval of related Supplier Quality Manager,
  • To support controlling & tracking Quality Document Management System,
  • To support planning & organizing customer audits and planning quality trainings for SI EA.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • 3rd year university student in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
  • Utilisation of MS Office programs,
  • Minimum intermediate level of English (able to read & understand technical specifications),
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment and instruments,
  • Analytical skills to analyse and deduce information from data,
  • Good coordination and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint Online, Powerapps, Power Automate and similar applications is a plus.
