Job Role:

• Seeking a Corporate Application Engineer for our India PCB Technical Organization.
• One will be responsible for demonstrating the engineering knowledge to provide the best technical support to our customers helping them apply our solutions effectively to achieve their goals and will be working independently to understand and own customer problem, proactively engage with them to identify the best solutions.
• The focus will be on PCB analysis tools covering signal and power integrity, DDR, SERDES and 3D Electromagnetic Simulation and basic knowledge of core PCB tools and methodologies.
• We are looking for a results oriented and an accountable person that thrives in an international environment. It’s meaningful that you are self-propelled and enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new methodologies as demands are constantly evolving.

Work Experience and Academic:

• Required BE/B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering. ME/M. Tech would be an added advantage.
• 6-10 years relevant experience in the areas of PCB design, System Design and analysis, high-speed and signal integrity
• In the past roles, Should have served roles like Applications Engineer, Design engineer, Systems Engineer, High speed specialist in the Printed circuit design and manufacturing

The Corporate Application Engineer role will include:

• Provide engineering support to Customers on SI, PI and EM analysis using HyperLynx set of tools.
• Work with customer to understand the query and define the problem statement, identifying the solution and assist the customer to implement the same using our solution.
• Conduct workshops and demo session or trainings to make the customer aware of the best methodologies and participate in internal initiatives to build best practices or knowledge base article for new fields. Also, participate in sales activities and out-bound marketing such as trade shows, workshops, seminars, Web-casts
• Work closely with Siemens EDA product division to influence product development in a favorable direction for our customers.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a good understanding of today’s dedication PCB analysis challenges and solutions ranging from the traditional signal and power integrity analysis and DDR to the dedication SerDes channels including 3D electromagnetic modeling. It’s important to be familiar with the overall PCB design flow.
• Candidates should have very good knowledge in analysis tools from market leading companies addressing the above mentioned areas and confirmed experience working with analysis. It’s an advantage to have HyperLynx knowledge.
• Will you be able to take on new responsibilities and grow your competence into new areas as the market constantly evolves!
• Candidates should be willing to go above and beyond to make customers successful and give the outstanding support.
• Do you have excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills in English are required?
